Services are booked by "Appointment Only"

Please any calls between the hours of 10am-8pm to place a booking.

Online booking is available 24/7.

We are open for services: Weekdays: between 10am and 6pm Monday thru Friday. Weekends, 10am -4pm.

If you stop by and the lights are on and the door is locked, we are either in a service or we have popped out for lunch, or to run an errand. Either way, we are always close by if needed.

Perhaps you need a handwritten gift card or have a question, or would like to take a look around the shop. Simply call or text, and I can answer any questions or take care of your booking needs, or we can set a time to take care of your in-person needs.

Classes, Events, and workshops are held:

Monday-Friday in the Evenings between 6pm and 9pm.

And on the weekends between the hours 10am -9pm

Cancelation Policy:

As a courtesy, Your appointment time is scheduled and saved just for you.
As a courtesy to me, I require a 24-hour notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule.
If you cancel in less than 12 hours from your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 50% of your missed service.
If you are a NO SHOW or Cancel within 2 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 100% of your missed scheduled service, unless there was a true emergency.
I prefer not to have to do this, I am reasonable, so please keep me updated right away with any schedule changes you may have.
