Hypnosis

In the movies, hypnosis is often portrayed as fun entertainment or as a control tactic in a scary movie — to get people to fall madly in love for instance or to get people to commit outlandish crimes. Hypnotists are also often seen as wacky magicians who put people on stage and get them to either cluck like a chicken or act out in some silly way. Which is not the case of true Hypnotherapy.

In reality, hypnotic states have been used for healing since humankind has existed. Recent advances in neuroscience have enabled us to understand what is happening when someone enters a hypnotic state and evidence shows that hypnosis is a useful tool to help patients and clients manage a variety of conditions.

Past Life Regression (PLR) is a gentle form of hypnotherapy that takes an individual back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in their subconscious mind as we all carry our own library of lives within us.

Group Past Life Regression, Is a more lighthearted look into a past life, for those who are curious about it and would like to dip a toe in, so to speak. I guide everyone back together as you relax cozied up on yoga mats with pillows and blankets. Afterward, we take some time to share our experiences over tea or cocoa.

Many clients are surprised to discover lives that they have either shared with people they know or have a close bond with in their present life, or their soulmate family from a previous life.

Some people visit the place between lives where they are given messages from their guides or their higher self or insight into their existence or purpose.

Others visit certain places or countries that they immediately feel comfortable and familiar with.

Each life explored is a journey and an adventure waiting to be remembered.

Most clients have ‘Ahha!’ moments right then and for many days afterward as pieces of their picture begin falling into place.
