As "All Hallows Eve" quickly approaches what better month to learn and be attuned to the powerful yet gentle Reiki energy. Discover how to use your own healing lifeforce energy and spiritual gifts to help yourselves and others! 

In this class you will learn:

*The in-depth history & origins of Reiki and the science behind it.

*Be attuned to the Holy Fire Reiki energy.

*Learn all the reiki hand positions.

* Experience Reiki and learn how to give a complete session to self and others.

*Learn the three pillars of reiki; Gasho meditation, Reiji-ho,& chiryo.

*Learn other Japanese Reiki techniques such as Byosen scanning & Kenyoku.

*Level 1 Certificates issued at the end of class.

A brief definition and description of Holy Fire Reiki:

The use of the word "holy" as used in the name Holy Fire Reiki is not intended to have religious intent or meaning. At its root, the word holy means to be whole and complete and this is its meaning with the term Holy Fire Reiki. 

Therefore Holy Fire is a spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance.

* Wear comfy relaxing clothes. 

**There will be several small breaks and an hour lunch break. You may bring a packed lunch or you may go to lunch. (Sorry No fridge, or microwave available)

*Masks Required & all covid procedures are followed.

Amy is a registered Holy Fire Reiki affiliate Teacher with the ICRT. She is also a licensed LMT and has been in the health and Wellness field for well over a decade. She studied for her mastership at the Divine love Institute in south Florida and is glad to have the opportunity to share with you this powerful yet gentle and loving style of Reiki.
