BodyBalance is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life.

An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of moves and poses that combine elements of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to help improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.​

Breath control is a part of all the excercises, and Jess will provide options for those just getting started.

If you are already doing yoga you will love the Variety from your regular yoga class.

Bodybalance improves flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels. You'll focus your mind and create a lasting sense of wellbing and calm.
